As a woman who battled with weight most of my life, I understand the struggle.

Hi, I’m TJ 👋

For most of my life, I struggled with my weight. By age 35, I had lost 110 pounds through exercise and nutrition. But in my 40s, everything changed. My hormones shifted, my metabolism slowed, and the weight started creeping back on.

I worked harder. I tried eating less. I pushed myself in the gym. Nothing worked.

I felt frustrated, exhausted, and like my body was working against me.


I thought maybe this was just “part of getting older.”

But then I realized: the problem wasn’t me. The problem was the plan.

Diets, fasting, and extreme workouts weren’t designed for women in midlife. Once I built a structured, hormone-supportive eating plan that fit my life, the weight came off again — and this time, it stayed off.
